All we knew was that we wanted to live in Marylebone. Moving in two weeks, in the middle of August, seemed like my worst nightmare to us, but with Arbitrage things went smoother than what we expected.

We had efficiently visited around a dozen properties, and by the end of the tour we had already short listed three.
