My Partner and I are both working in Fashion – Alexander Mc Queen and Victoria Beckham respectively – and we had decided to move together in the middle of the Sales Campaign, which was challenging as we were traveling to Europe twice a week.
On top of that, I was pregnant so I had little energies to dedicate to this process.
I, of course, did know very well what I was after, but it seems that the homes out there, despite the exorbitant prices, were so ordinary and not sophisticated as I wanted for Bryan.
We did not arrange a single viewing, and Silvia, sent me an off market option which she already knew was special and she said ‘We already found it, so please do not stress”.
The same Saturday, after spending a good hour inside, we submitted our offer and over the weekend it got agreed, when I was still pinching myself.
She made sure it was perfect before us moving in the next month and she arranged all the deliveries and the storage services, on our behalf, making us save a lot of money as she is full of useful and professional contacts.
She has this eye for the details and she works as a partner of an A team more than a third party professional, which makes you enjoy the home hunting process, we always felt stressed about.
