Reply is a leading technology company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. This fast-growing firm has swiftly built a network of businesses in the UK which currently operates through 12 offices. They came to us in search of a suitable London headquarters.

The Challange

Having found them an ideal property – a Grade II listed building at 38 Grosvenor Gardens – we were tasked with renovating the dilapidated heritage premises into a Grade A office.

After acquiring 17–18 Old Bond Street, Prada asked us to help them consolidate their position and add the shop next door at number 16 to their portfolio.

The Challange

16 Old Bond Street was owned by an overseas investor who had purchased the property in a well-publicised deal in 2011. Discretion was paramount to ensure that if a deal was struck, it would be to Prada’s advantage.
